Terms of Use
By using Cosmic Match you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use Cosmic Match
You must be 18 or older. You must be legally allowed to use a dating service where you live. One account per person.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at info@cosmicmatch.in if you think someone else has access to it.
What you post
You keep ownership of your photos and the text you write. You give us permission to store and display them inside the app so it can work — for example, showing your photo to someone browsing profiles. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Only upload photos you have the right to use, and that show you.
Behaviour
Do not use Cosmic Match to:
- Impersonate anyone, or post photos of someone else as yourself
- Harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate another person
- Post sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal
- Solicit money, run scams, advertise, or recruit for anything
- Scrape, automate, or otherwise access the service other than through the app
- Share another person's private information, including their messages to you
We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the behaviour is serious.
Meeting people
Cosmic Match introduces people; it does not vet them. We do not run background checks on users. Take normal precautions: meet in public the first time, tell someone where you are going, and travel independently. You are responsible for your own safety.
Astrology
Compatibility scores are generated from your birth details for entertainment. They are not advice, not a prediction, and not a statement about any real person's character or suitability. Treat them as a conversation starter.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. We try to avoid losing your data, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is provided as-is.
Ending things
You can stop using Cosmic Match and delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
